Noida India. Theunit produces 4M FOB of garments for the UKmarket.


The Finance Controller will monitorthe financial health of the business review and monitor thefinancial performance against budgets and forecasts. The keypurpose of the role is to provide comfort over the integrity of thefinancial statements ensuring that a strong financial controlenvironment exists over financeprocesses.


The role reports to the India CEO andthe UK Finance Director.


Financial Controller: TheRole:

Manage allfinancial aspects of the business including budgetingforecasting andreporting

Ensurecompliance with accounting standards and Indian regulationsincluding P&L balance sheet andcashflow

Responsible forthe preparation and analysis of business data Budgeting and latestestimates with analysis intovariances

Taking adequatemeasures for timely filling of TDS/TCS VAT and GSTreturns

Calculatingquarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly andannual taxfilings

Ensure cashflow is appropriate for the organisationsoperations

Support setupchange enhancements and development of controlling systems andprocesses that create a sustainable and effective controlenvironment and lead to efficiency improvements. Implementing andmaintaining SOP s andpolicies.

Coaching anddevelopment of a small team of accountants assistant accountantsand analysts

Monitorfinancial controls KPI s and costmanagement

Establishingand developing relations with senior management and externalpartners and stakeholders



Requirements

FinancialController: ThePerson:

Theideal candidate will be at least part qualified CharteredAccountant with experience in apparel or textilemanufacturing

Will have agood knowledge of laws applicable and different modes of financing.GST TDS & other StatutoryCompliances

Experience intax assessments for direct and indirect taxes Income tax andGST

Excellentanalytical skills and exceptional numericalproficiency

Ability toconfidently and effectively liaise both written and verbally withEnglish and Hindispeakingcolleagues

Excellent teamplayer


Salary: Up to 24 Lakh Rupees GrossSalary.
