You will be responsible for installing and configuring our software solutions at client stores. You will work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installations, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide suggestions for process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working hands-on with technology and has a knack for problem-solving.What you’ll be expected to doLead with Impact: Take full responsibility of in-store deployments. Install and configure Storefox software at client stores using remote tools like Any Desk, or Ultra Viewer. Create and manage configuration as part of the installation process.Drive Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot device connectivity to systems and execute necessary Power Shell commands according to our SOP. Provide technical support during installations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Strategize for Success: Collaborate with the team to improve installation procedures and share feedback for process enhancement.
