Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving skills. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and overall skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and deliver sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
  • Conduct practice tests, mock exams, and doubt-clearing sessions to track student performance.
  • Develop training materials, question banks, and practice exercises.
  • Mentor and motivate students to enhance problem-solving speed and accuracy.
  • Provide constructive feedback and track progress of learners.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, aptitude trends, and placement requirements.
  • Coordinate with academic and placement teams to align training with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in Aptitude (Quantitative, Logical, and Verbal) topics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
  • Proficiency in preparing content, test papers, and performance analytics.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Mathematics/Engineering/Management or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an aptitude trainer, faculty, or corporate trainer.
  • Experience in training for campus recruitment, CAT, GMAT, GRE, or other competitive exams will be an added advantage.
