Job Title: Finance Functional Lead Location: B’lore/Chennai/Hyderabad Role Description: In this role, you will lead D365 Finance implementations, working closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver robust financial solutions. You’ll gather business requirements, conduct GAP-FIT analysis, and provide end-to-end functional leadership in implementation and deployment phases. What will you do: Lead implementation of Finance modules in D365 F&O. Perform FIT GAP assessments, prepare FDD documents. Manage timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables. Gather and analyze business requirements from clients. Design, configure, and deploy finance solutions across multiple projects. Conduct workshops and provide end-user training. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and testing. Support UAT and post-go-live stabilization. Ideal experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Dynamics AX / D365 Finance. Deep finance domain knowledge and hands-on D365 configuration. Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. D365 FO certification in Financial Management is preferred. Experience in end-to-end implementations and working with global stakeholders
