Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and supporting the business through sound financial advice. This role involves close coordination with internal departments, external auditors, and financial institutions to ensure robust financial health and streamlined operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in compliance with Ind AS and company policies.
  • Bookkeeping: Oversee daily accounting operations, accurately recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger.
  • Auditing: Conduct periodic internal audits to verify financial accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and legal requirements.
  • Cost Accounting: Analyze production costs, review cost structures, and recommend strategies to optimize expense management.
  • Compliance: Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and tax requirements.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary disbursements and compliance with labor laws.
  • Liaison with External Auditors: Coordinate annual audits, prepare necessary documentation, and respond to auditor queries in a timely manner.
  • Export-Import Management:

-Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and standards.

-Manage the financial aspects of export-import transactions, including currency exchange risk mitigation.

-Coordinate with financial institutions for trade finance instruments (e.g., Letters of Credit).


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ind AS and other applicable accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Solid understanding of GST, direct tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in managing export-import financial operations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
