Commercial Controller

Role Overview:
As the Commercial Controller, you will be responsible for leading financial and commercial strategy for Nirmit Bharat. You will act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team and collaborate across departments to drive revenue optimization, cost management, and business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of ecommerce, data-driven decision-making, and a high level of leadership acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth strategies.
- Evaluate pricing models, promotional strategies, and product profitability.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure financial objectives align with business plans.
- Provide insights and advisory support to the leadership team on revenue, cost, and investment opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through robust governance frameworks.
- Foster leadership within the finance team, encouraging a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- CA Qualified
- 8+ years of experience in financial leadership, preferably in ecommerce or B2C.
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, business partnering, and financial governance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
