Job Summary:

As a Billing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Managing the billing processes for various projects within the organization.
• Overseeing accurate and timely invoicing, collaborating with project teams to gather billing information, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company’s billing procedures.

Responsibilities:

Billing Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers and planning teams to gather project-specific billing information and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in the billing process, Work closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile billing records and resolve any billing-related issues.

Contractual Compliance:

Ø Ensure strict adherence to contractual agreements and terms in the billing process.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Ø Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation related to the billing process.

Reporting:

Ø Generate regular reports on billing activities, providing key metrics and analysis to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Civil Engineering is must with 3+ years of experience

Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial roles within a relevant industry, preferably in construction or manufacturing.

Familiarity with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Candidates with experience in Industrial/Site/Plant projects is preferred
