You will be amazed to be a part of our growth story - you excited to join our team as Senior Graphic Designer?We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design and development of communication collaterals for product/service launches and regular client communications. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, adept at managing teams, planning projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful designs.Key roles and responsibilities:Translate creative briefs into engaging designs that resonate with our target audience.Lead the planning and execution of all stages of design projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Design a variety of communication collaterals for product/service launches and client communications.Demonstrate a keen sense of layout, composition, and typography in all design outputs.Incorporate basic vector graphics, and illustration skills where necessary to enhance visual communication.Apply critical thinking to articulate and amplify the brand’s value through compelling designs.Work closely with content creators to ensure the seamless integration of textual and visual content.Conduct multiple design iterations based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the best turnaround time without compromising on quality.Adhere to brand guidelines for fonts, colors, and imagery to maintain a consistent visual identity.Continuously refine and improve existing designs, pushing for innovative and high-impact solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, product, and client service teams, to ensure alignment with brand strategy.Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on communication collaterals for product or service launches.A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in brand communication.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Experience in managing and collaborating with design teams.Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.Proven ability to manage time and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Must be detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experienceBenefits of working at SmartQ:SmartQ is an innovative and dynamic company that values its employees and strives to create a positive and fulfilling work environment.
