Your Responsibilities:

Country digital growth strategy (including Digital country growth plans)

Assures Digital competency & relevant actions i.e., staffing, onboarding etc.

Local inputs to value propositions

Country Digital domain competence and support

Country business development in future Digital growth categories

Digital Pipeline (5Q) and Order growth. OR KPIs associated with achieving growth strategy.

Win strategic opportunities.

Digital Market / Business development KPIs (penetration into new segments)

Digital Value propositions propagated in the region & country.

Local market intelligence, competitor moves in Digital.

Enable regional voice of customer engagements; distill insights.

Support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies

Provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.

Relationships with senior level stakeholders in the region & Country

Manage associations groups engagement in the Support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.

Provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.

Relationships with senior level stakeholders in the region & Country

Manage associations groups engagement in the region.

Establish, if required a cadence of regional Digital networks of segment stakeholders.

Your Background:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant related discipline

10 to 15 years of experience.

Establish a process and governance model for value proposition development and assure its alignment with market and customer needs.

Ensure a resonating, locally pertinent, future proof value propositions, and success stories in line with the developments in customer segments, channels, applications, and accounts.

Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Market Strategy through the Solution Leaders, INLs to maintain a relevant technology road map in line with the value proposition.

Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
