Job Description:

Machine Learning (IBM Stack)

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai/Noida/Mumbai

Years of Experience: 6-14 Years

Job Summary

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect/Lead.
  • Experience in IBM Cloud platforms and WatsonX
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java
  • Strong understanding of ML and LLMs and applying these principles in a variety of business applications
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing the implementation of architectural solutions from conception to delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated success in guiding engineering teams to success
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficient with one or more project management tools – Jira, Git, Aha, etc.
  • Experience with agile software development
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in working with large teams distributed across geographical locations and time zones

✅ Mandatory Skills

  1. Education :
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , Mathematics , or a related field.
  1. Experience :
  • 10+ years of total experience.
  • 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead .
  1. Technical Skills :
  • Python programming.
  • Java programming.
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
  • Experience in IBM Cloud platforms and WatsonX .
  • Familiarity with IBM Machine Learning stack .
  1. Architecture & Delivery :
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing architectural solutions from start to finish.
  • Experience with agile software development processes.
  1. Leadership & Collaboration :
  • Strong leadership skills ; capable of guiding engineering teams.
  • Experience managing or working with large distributed teams across different geographies and time zones .
  1. Project Management Tools :
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira , Git , Aha , etc.
  1. Communication :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
