We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee structural systems for buildings, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The role involves ensuring that structures are safe, sustainable, and cost-effective while complying with relevant codes and standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, timber, and composite structures.
- Develop structural drawings, specifications, and calculation reports.
- Apply relevant design codes (ACI, AISC, Eurocode, IS codes, etc.) to ensure safety and compliance.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and review shop/fabrication drawings.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate structural solutions.
- Evaluate design modifications and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to design.
- Provide technical guidance for resolving field-related structural issues.
- Support load testing, failure analysis, and retrofitting projects when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calculations, drawings, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and clients.
- Research and implement new materials, software, and technologies for structural design.
- Recommend value engineering solutions for cost and performance optimization.
