Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Gen AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing & Generative AI with a proven track record of developing and deploying Scalable AI solutions. As a Senior Gen AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimising AI models and systems that drive our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI models and algorithms for various applications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, and apply this knowledge to improve existing models and develop new ones.
  • Optimise and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in real-world applications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to best practices for software development and AI model deployment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on developing and deploying AI models.
  • 2+ years of experience in Building Scalable Gen AI Applications.
  • Strong proficiency in python, SQL and FastAPI is must.
  • Implementing end-to-end solutions using Mistral, LLaMA, and OpenAI models are Mandatory.
  • Experience with machine learning & Deep Learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
  • Experience with fine-tuning models using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT techniques
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex AI systems, including experience with model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in AWS Platform & Docker is a plus
