Location - Hinjewadi, Pune

Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the company's digital transformation initiatives. Program Manager will be responsible for efficiently gathering project requirements from various stakeholders and translating these requirements into robust and effective technical solutions. This involves a deep understanding of the business needs and the ability to convert them into actionable technical plans.

To achieve this, the Program Manager will leverage a diverse technology stack, including Power Platform, Medix, and Java Full Stack. These technologies will be utilized to drive innovation within the company, ensuring that the digital solutions developed are cutting-edge and align with the latest industry standards. The use of these technologies will also help in enhancing the company's digital presence, making it more accessible and user-friendly for customers.

This role is crucial in advancing the company's Digital initiatives. The Program Manager will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies into the existing systems. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of new applications, ensuring that they are compatible with the current infrastructure, and that they enhance the overall digital ecosystem of the company.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Project Management - The ability to apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to effectively meet project outcomes
  • MS-Project - The ability to use project management tool MS Project in order to plan , execute, track, monitor and manage the project timelines and resource deployment effectively
  • Project Management Principles - The ability to understand and apply project management principles, procedures and policies to manage a project from conception to completion as per agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards

Functional Skills/Competencies -

  • Application Landscape - The ability to understand business processes to ascertain requirements, identify how the requirements can be converted to an application and create a blueprint for how the application will be run.
  • Availability Management - The ability to define, analyze, plan, measure and improve availability of IT / application services, ensure that all new or changed services meet availability goals and do not impact existing services, effectively manage IT infrastructure / applications / tools to ensure their continued and undisrupted availability.
  • Transition Management - The ability to systematically plan, implement and monitor the service transition process including migration of knowledge, systems, and operating capabilities from an outsourced environment to in-house and / or from in-house to the customer in a seamless and coordinated fashion thereby ensuring that knowledge is managed, risks are mitigated and disruption to services are prevented.
  • Project Management - The ability to plan, execute, monitor and control all aspects of a project and to achieve the project objectives within agreed timelines, cost, quality and performance criteria.
  • Resource and Capability Management - The ability to budget, plan and effectively deploy resources including people, budgets, equipment, assets in a manner as to ensure their optimal utilization thereby enabling achievement of project outcomes.
  • Change Management - The ability to effectively manage resistance and readiness relating to the change, facilitate its implementation with respect to people, processes and structures, communicate widely and consistently to create awareness and work towards gaining buy-in / facilitating change of employee / associate perception to ensure seamless transition to new ways of working.

This role is in IT team, preference is to candidates who has experience more on applications with good background on Digitalization, Transformation, Change etc.
