Job Overview: Rayzon Solar is seeking a Mid-Level Sales professional to join our full-time team in Surat. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach, focusing on both domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales management and a deep understanding of the solar energy market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company dedicated to sustainable energy solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) to manage and track sales activities and customer data efficiently. Excellent negotiation techniques (Mandatory skill) to close deals with clients and secure profitable agreements. Experience in using CRM software to maintain customer relationships and drive sales growth. Familiarity with HubSpot for effective marketing and customer relationship management. Strong account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership. Ability to analyze data to identify sales trends and tailor strategies accordingly for improved performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development in a competitive market. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar energy sector, both domestically and internationally. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high customer retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and develop promotional materials. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential opportunities or threats. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate and persuade stakeholders on our solar solutions. Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Generate regular sales reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
