Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Draftswoman who will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using CAD software. This role requires precision and a strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles to ensure accurate and functional designs that meet building codes and client specifications.

Old DC Road, Sonipat, Haryana
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed designs for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical layouts, plumbing, and piping schemes.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
Convert the designs into technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
Ensure all technical drawings adhere to building codes and safety regulations.
Review and revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all designs, drawings, and project specifics.
Coordinate with the construction team to provide support during installation, ensuring that designs are followed accurately.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an MEP draftsman with extensive experience in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering principles and building codes.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and other design professionals.
