Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a driven and disciplined Technical Recruiter who can deliver results in a fast-moving, target-based environment. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract hiring — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring every requirement is handled with precision, speed, and professionalism.If you enjoy closing challenging roles, excel in dynamic environments, and take pride in maintaining a clean, structured recruitment process, this opportunity is made for you.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and full-time technical positions.- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and update trackers/ATS regularly.- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly submission, interview, and conversion targets.- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring teams.- Handle offer negotiations, onboarding, and documentation seamlessly.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast closures and high conversion ratios.Key Skills & Experience:- 2–5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably with contract hiring exposure.- Strong sourcing skills on major platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Foundit, etc.)- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements effectively.- Good understanding of modern tech stacks (Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, etc.)- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Comfortable working in structured, performance-oriented systems.Performance Metrics:- Target: 2–4 contract conversions per month- SLA: 24-hour turnaround for initial CV submissions- Quality: 80% shortlist-to-interview ratio- Compliance: 100% onboarding and documentation accuracy
