Our client is a leading company USA based company providing financial and accounting services.

Designation: Virtual CFO /Financial Controller

Location: CG Road Ahmedabad

CTC: Best in industry Timing:

Timings: 10:30 to 7:30

Working Days: 6 days a week (2md and 4th Saturday off)

Required Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Minimum Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands on working on Excel
• Excellent communication skills.

Detailed Requirements

• Supervising all the activities connected to Accounts and duties discharged by juniors.
• Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
• Reasonable knowledge about the statutory compliances such as Direct and Indirect taxes, FEMA, RBI and Companies Act.
• Prepare financial reports for the organizations board of directors or executive committee
• Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service
