Oracle EPM Planning Consultant/Lead

The Oracle EPM Planning Cloud Offshore Lead will provide domain, functional and technical ability needed to effectively implement Oracle EPM Planning Cloud and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide Oracle EPM Planning Cloud techno-functional consulting services related to Planning form development, navigation flows, basic data integration, business rules, reporting and security.- Coordinate with onshore resource to:- Understand business requirements and design elements of a solution from both functional and technical perspectives.- Delegate tasks to offshore development team.- Define testing approach and acceptance criteria- Contribute to development activities (“hands on the keyboard”).- Manage Oracle EPM Planning Cloud offshore team members in consulting services and career development.- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation skills.- Proactively identify and communicate delivery updates to all project stakeholders.- Demonstrate strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills while multitasking with competing priorities.- Mentor offshore developers through training, development, and quality control of day-to-day activities for Oracle Planning Cloud engagements.- Perform light project management and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within the established budget.

Qualifications:

- Minimum education of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle EPM Planning Cloud, working as a technical lead or manager.- Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations for large complex client delivery, with a deep understanding of underlying business processes.- Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques.- Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud purpose-built modules including:- Financials- Workforce- Capital- Projects- Deep level of experience in Narrative Reporting or Management Reporting.- Oracle certification is a plus.- Leadership capabilities with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teammates, while being accountable for results.- Excellent verbal and oral communication, including presentation skills.- Self-motivated with ability to plan work effort and manage priorities.- Ability to work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers.- Detail oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.- Flexibility to take part in key project activities (e.g., client calls or team collaboration sessions) that may fall outside generally accepted business hours.

Position will be based in Hyderabad. Hybrid work model. No travel required.
