  • Resource Planner is responsible foradministering effective allocation of manufacturing resources forprocess planning creation and maintenance.
  • Responsible for BOM consumption ComputerAided Planning (CAP) routing creation and manufacturing itemsorders for manufacturing operations in client business systems.
  • When a ManufacturingComputer Aided Design (MCAD) model exists not responsible forcreation and maintenance of manufacturing instructions (2Ddrawings).
  • Must haveknowledge of shop production and processing operations.
  • Work in accordancewith management strategies and concepts as well as program anddepartmental processes and procedures using client BusinessSystems.
  • Must beable to Interrogate analyze comprehend and interpret variousEngineering Drawings Models Bills of Materials TechnicalSpecifications Quality Documents client Process Framework anddepartmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned work.
  • Responsible foraccurate BOM management and consumption for manufacturingoperations.
  • Createand maintain proper work sequence documentation and CAP routings.Responsible for creating manufacturing items orders/requestsincluding but not limited to NC Programs Tools/Fixtures and Gages.
  • Provide processplanning support to manufacturing operations through productionorder maintenance tool maintenance requests and various otherplanning liaison functions.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining applicabledimensional charts manufacturing instructions (text based and 2Dformat) material operation diagrams and ply tables as required.
  • When a ManufacturingComputer Aided Design (MCAD) model exists not responsible forcreation and maintenance of manufacturing instructions (2Ddrawings).
  • Workingknowledge of Loft Engineering Tooling Manufacturing and Planningprocesses and procedures Skilled in the concept related to theapplication of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
  • Supports producibilityassessments when requested.
  • Maintains records and schedules of work assigned.
  • Will meetestablished company cost control standards schedule and qualityrequirements to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Provides technical assistance toprocurement and suppliers as determined by management.
  • Execute strong communicationskills both verbal and written required to communicate and interactbetween internal and external customers.
  • Apply extensive aircraft manufacturingknowledge and be prepared to train direct instruct andcheck/validate Production Engineering work.
  • Required to attend training andcomplete competencybased testing as required by management toremain current with technological advancements.
Educational Requirements:
  • Two (2) years college or two (2) years ofexperience in the aircraft industry or completed related clientapprentice program.
  • Demonstrated capability to adequately perform theessential functions and responsibilities related to the applicationof GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
