- Study current product and customer service requirements and design the specifications of a system to handle CCQRP (Customer Complaint and Query Resolution Process)
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence to enable automation of customer service to the extent possible. Must be familiar with AI powered Chatbots
- Query and complaint resolution within a specified turn around time and cross sell/ upsell to customers
Qualifications:
