Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Head Accountant. The Head Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise the accounting team. Other responsibilities include preparing and analyzing budgets, conducting internal audits, and providing strategic financial advice to management.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
  • Experience with Audit & Assurance and Internal Auditing
  • Skills in Taxation, both Direct and Indirect
  • Proficiency in using Accounting software and tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Project and Working Capital Financing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
