Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Operations to oversee and drive efficiency in our sales, outbound sales, and presales teams. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and optimizing team performance to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a background in sales operations, and a passion for improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline sales, outbound sales, and presales activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members for better performance.
  • Handle client queries and ensure smooth presales operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate regular performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, outbound sales, or presales.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
