Company Description

Hello Study Global is a comprehensive online training and admissions counseling service for students aspiring to study abroad. With a focus on quality education, we offer training in various standardized tests like SAT, GRE, GMAT, ACT, and provide admissions counseling. Our head trainer, Mr. Naveen Rai, brings over 11 years of industry experience and has successfully helped numerous students gain admission to prestigious institutes.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at Hello Study Global. The responsibilities will include the following:

- Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates - Initial screening.- Reaching out to potential colleges/schools for organizing webinars/seminars between Hello Study Global and schools/colleges to boost the outreach and visibility of the company.- Preparing HR-related reports when required.- Participating in organizing the company meetings.- Conducting training and induction sessions for new hires.- Preparing and sending LOA, COC, and LOR.

Skills Required:

- Must be personable- Problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills- Detail-oriented- Able to deal with a variety of people- Customer service skills- Initiative taker- Must have the enthusiasm to learn and create.

Qualifications

- Should be currently pursuing undergrad or masters in any field (preferably Business Administration)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills- Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits

Stipend: Fixed + variable (performance based) + Letter of Recommendation to exceptional candidates

Duration: 02 months
