Job Title - Finance Manager
Qualification - CA / ICWA with 5- 12 years’ experience in Commercial Finance and Financial Analysis, MIS, Financial Reporting preferably in a FMCG environment
Job Description -
Oversee the operations and development of the BU’s Finance department including Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Preparing Budget / Annual Operating Plan & Forecast, Analysis of Margin & Profitability along with review of Cost effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Perform financial management duties including generating financial data and ensuring monthly accounting and closing processes.
Adept in Financial Planning & Analysis – Annual Operating Plan, Variance Analysis, Ad-hoc analysis, Forecasting, Preparing Business Outlook & Flash reports on monthly, quarterly, annual basis and others as and when required.
Compiling and submitting financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow for a specified legal entity
Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements.
Ability to analyze financial data and develop and maintain financial database with analysis of Revenue, Manufacturing costs, financial margins, Factory Overhead, SGA & Other overhead costs and other management reports in support. Assist Management in reviews, analysis, and presentations.
Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
