Desired Skills -Technical/BehavioralMust-Have

Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and predictive modeling.• Demonstrable experience in AI, ML, NLP, or related fields, with a robust portfolio showcasing practical application of these technologies.• Proficient in Python and familiar with frameworks for AI development, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, NLTK, Langchain.• Experience in utilizing Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Plotly.• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLM) like GPT-3,3.5,4, BERT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral etc., and their applications.• Demonstrable experience with data preprocessing, data exploration, and visualization tools.• Hands on Experience in implementing Data Analysis, Forecasting using algorithms like Linear, Logistic Regression, GBM, Decision Trees,• Random Forest and Neural Networks.• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript (Preferably Python, Java).• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and deployment best practices.• Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud services like AWS, Azure for deploying scalable AI solutions.• Develop rigorous testing methodologies and validation procedures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of AI models and tools• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
