  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System, focusing on continual improvement and strict compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, including NABL, FSSAI, and other relevant standards. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess conformity with ISO 17025 requirements and regulatory standards, identifying areas for enhancement. Coordinate and support external audits. Responsibility of arranging the calibration of testing equipment.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, best practices, and.
  • Identify, investigate, and report non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions, ensuring prompt resolution while meeting regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain the quality of incoming materials and services, implementing robust supplier quality assurance processes. Customer Feedback: Manage and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and concerns, implementing improvements to elevate customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, leading initiatives to optimize processes, enhance overall quality, and meet regulatory standards.
  • Generate quality reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to gauge and communicate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and verify the work of Analysts.
  • Identify training needs of Analysts and conduct training of Analysts to evaluate performance of each Analyst and report results to Technical Director.
  • Prime responsibility towards identifying the purchase requirements (equipment, glass wares, chemicals, reagents, consumable goods, accessories, and office stationery).
  • Prime responsibility for ensuring the safe handling of test items and measuring equipment.
  • Prime responsibility for developing work plans and procedures and ensuring that those are followed in all day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure disposal of tested samples.
  • Prime responsibility for maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
  • Responsibility for assigning testing activities to the relevant personnel based on their competencies.
  • Prime responsibility to liaise with regulatory and statutory bodies.
  • Investigating customer complaints, claims and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensuring participation in inter laboratory and proficiency testing program.
  • Maintain records & perform procedures to ensure quality of chemicals, consumables etc.
  • Check observation sheets and submit observation sheets to LM for Test Report Approval.
  • Responsible to train & supervise the trainee chemist & chemists.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹33,333.33 per month
