The Statesman Real Estate Advisors is a Mumbai-based real estate advisory firm that provides financial solutions and sales assistance to businesses in the real estate industry. Position Overview:

We are in search of a result-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and a proven track record in driving sales and leads, particularly within the real estate sector. Your primary goal will be to optimize our digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure our solutions reach our target audience effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and achieve our business goals.

· Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

· Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve desired results.

· Oversee the management of all SEO/SEM activities to maximize ROI.

· Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

· Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for search and user experience.

· Conduct experiments and conversion tests to optimize user experience and campaign performance.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance metrics.

· Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring they meet their individual and team objectives.


Qualifications:

·        Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·        5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing into Real Estate.

·        Proven track record in driving sales and leads through digital marketing campaigns.

·        Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends).

·        Proficiency in SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns.

·        Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.

·        Strong team management and communication skills.


Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Workdays: Monday to Friday, 1st & 3rd Saturday

Expected CTC : Upto Rs. 12 Lakhs P.A.


Please Note:

·        Knowledge of Real Estate Industry is mandatory.

·       Candidates with Current CTC ranging between Rs. 6 to 10 Lakhs P.A. may only apply.
