About Team

 

The Ninjacart technical team boasts of a varied group of professionals from different backgrounds,

including programming, design, architecture, databases, devops, security, analytics & machine learning etc. These professionals have a rich experience of numerous years in building cloud based distributed applications for organizations around the world. If there is one thing that excites our technical team, it is that unsolved problem in the agricultural sector that can benefit from a digital solution and bring about a change in many lives.


Our teams work to create what is perhaps the first and the biggest agricultural ecosystem in the world. The ecosystem, which includes the Ninjacart Commerce and Trading platforms, includes farmers, traders, millers, transporters, warehousers, and other entities who contribute to the agriculture business. In our efforts, we strive to extract that lat bit of efficiency that can help optimize costs and yet maximize returns for all players involved.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced NLP algorithms and models using libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Explore and integrate state-of-the-art techniques in NLP to enhance our products and services.
  • Work with large-scale language models, including pre-training and fine-tuning, using TensorFlow or PyTorch, to address complex language understanding and generation tasks.
  • Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for specific applications within the company's portfolio.
  • Develop and implement generative models for various applications, ensuring high-quality and creative outputs using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative models into existing and new projects.
  • Apply computer vision techniques to solve challenging problems, leveraging deep learning and classical machine learning approaches with libraries like TensorFlow and OpenCV.
  • Implement and optimize computer vision algorithms for real-world applications.
  • Utilize FastAPI and Streamlit to develop user-friendly and interactive machine learning applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate machine learning models into web-based applications.
  • Implement MLOps practices to streamline the machine learning lifecycle, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Use tools such as DVC and MLflow to manage and track experiments, artifacts, and models.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production environments.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP, LLM, computer vision, deep learning, and classical machine learning, and contribute to the company's innovation pipeline.
  • Propose and implement novel approaches to improve model performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other machine learning engineers, data scientists, computer vision experts, and software developers to integrate NLP, computer vision, and ML models into end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of models, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency in real-world applications.

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in developing and deploying NLP solutions,  computer vision, deep learning, and classical machine learning models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, FastAPI, Streamlit, DVC, and MLflow.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, computer vision algorithms, and classical ML techniques.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and DevOps integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
