The Senior Information Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security program to protect the company's sensitive data and systems. You will work closely with various departments to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Security Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Security Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Security Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
  • Promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.
  • Technology and Tool Management: Select, implement, and manage information security technologies and tools.
  • Ensure the effective use and maintenance of security systems.
  • Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with third-party vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor security requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
