Role Overview

We are seeking a
Mechanical Engineer
who is passionate about simulation-driven design and digital construction technologies. The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality
BIM, CFD, and FEA projects
, working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to solve complex engineering challenges and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review mechanical system designs and models within BIM workflows (Revit/Navisworks or equivalent).
  • Perform
    CFD simulations (ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, etc.)
    for HVAC, fluid flow, and heat transfer applications.
  • Carry out
    FEA/structural analysis
    for components, assemblies, and systems.
  • Support digital construction projects by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prepare technical reports, simulation results, and design documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant
    ASHRAE, ASME, Eurocode, and other international standards
    .
  • Assist in automating workflows and exploring AI/ML applications in engineering simulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    BIM, CFD, or FEA
    projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, CATIA, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with
    simulation tools
    : ANSYS, Fluent, OpenFOAM, Abaqus, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and thermal/structural principles.
  • Familiarity with
    project collaboration platforms
    (BIM 360, Navisworks, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in
    HVAC, fire safety, equipment design, or structural analysis
    .
  • Knowledge of
    parametric modeling and automation
    in engineering workflows.
  • Exposure to
    AI/ML applications in engineering
    .
  • Ability to handle multi-regional projects with different codes and compliance requirements.
