Key Responsibilities

  • Training : Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.
  • Consulting : Provide expert consulting services to optimize the use of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and processes.
  • Customization : Assist in identifying and implementing custom solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and system documentation.
  • Support : Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, addressing any issues related to Campus Solutions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with IT and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PeopleSoft modules and data.
  • Upgrades : Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring training materials are updated accordingly.
  • Feedback : Gather and analyze user feedback to continually improve training programs and system usability.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum (4 years) of experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including training and consulting roles.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in PeopleSoft modules (e.g., Student Records, Admissions, Financial Aid) and an understanding of system configuration and functionality.
  • Training Skills : Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
  • Certifications : Relevant PeopleSoft certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-Learning platforms and training methodologies.
  • Knowledge of higher education processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data reporting tools within PeopleSoft.
