Job Description / Roles & responsibilities:

  • One of our client is looking for Digital Attendant who will will be assisting customers in choosing the games at their Digital Gaming Lounge based out in North Delhi
  • Operating games and instructing customers
  • Engaging in customer relationship management
  • Work's on handling reception and POS Setup ( Petpooja )
  • Assist the store manager(s) in maintaining the store
  • Cleaning and other house-keeping duties required in the gaming lounge
  • Assist in day-to-day store operations
  • Welcome guests into the lounge and provide details about our services. Load/ switch games as part of setting up the gaming stations for guests to play.
  • Basic trouble shooting in case of problems at the gaming stations( Playstation 5, Racing Simulator, Gaming Desktops etc. )
  • Someone having experience installing/ troubleshooting windows would be an added advantage.
  • Digital Sales representative experience would be an added advantage or retail sales customer servicing management experience would be a plus for this job.

Duration: Full time ( 10 hours shift )

Shift Timings : Day Shift/ Night Shift / Flexible Shift / rotational shift )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • total work: 3 years (Required)
  • Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)
