Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
  • Work with large datasets: data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
  • Build and optimize machine learning pipelines using Python-based frameworks.
  • Deploy ML models into production and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Research and apply state-of-the-art ML/AI techniques for continuous improvements.
  • Document processes, workflows, and model performance.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Matplotlib/Seaborn.
  • Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, etc.).
  • Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning fundamentals (Neural Networks, CNN, RNN, Transformers preferred).
  • Familiarity with SQL and handling structured/unstructured data.
  • Exposure to API development (Flask/FastAPI/Django) for ML model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
