Cluster Manager - Debt Management Services - SME 
Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finserv ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain an immaculate portfolio by delivering nil flows and rolling back delinquent accounts from Bucket-0 & Bucket-2.
- Conduct personal visits to customers to investigate the root cause of delinquency.
- Regular follow-ups with the team.
- Constant monitoring of MIS and ensuring smooth updating of SOAs.
