Role Description Strategy and planning Develop and implement the company's comprehensive digital marketing strategy.  Build the digital marketing roadmap and plan multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.  Align digital strategies with broader business and commercial objectives.  Forecast sales performance trends and proactively adjust strategies.  Team and budget management Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and development opportunities.  Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track media spend.  Hire and train new digital marketing employees. Campaign execution and optimization  Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.  Manage and improve the company's digital presence, including the website, social media profiles, and other digital assets.  Support and coordinate content creation for various platforms.  Work with other departments like product, design, and sales to ensure cohesive strategies.  Performance analysis and reporting Analyze digital marketing performance data and metrics to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.  Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, demonstrating the impact of digital marketing.  Conduct campaign reviews and present performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
