Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Kolkata at Cofinex Exchange. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, basic clerical tasks, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
We encourage applications from women professionals, as this role involves front-office duties and requires a welcoming and presentable approach aligned with our customer-facing brand standards.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
