Key Responsibilities : -

  • Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
  • Open job cards and document customer concerns accurately.
  • Explain service processes, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians for proper job execution.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and keep customers updated on repair status.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper quality checks.
  • Maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and service teams.
  • Upsell additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues.
  • Maintain service records, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Location : - Hadapsar / Bhosari

Salary : - 15K TO 25K + ( Incentive )

Schedule : - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | ROTATIONAL OFF

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹26,764.48 per month

Work Location: In person
