Work mode: Remote Mode of hiring: Contract to hire Experience: 9+ Years (Relevant Exp in Basis 8+ Years) Budget: 22-27 LPA Notice Period: 0-10 Days No PF Overlap Share your CV : Responsible for deploying, configuring, administering, and supporting the applications, systems and technical components that integrate Topcon’s cloud applications and hosted systems in support of the organization’s global business operations by applying knowledge of network security protocols, identity access management, SAP systems administration, ERP implementation life cycles, data center operations, and cloud computing to connect business systems in a multi-dimensional landscape. Install, configure, integrate, and administer on premise business applications, cloud applications, middleware systems, and sub-components with core SAP systems using SAP Cloud Platform, native SAP EDI, Java, and Apache. Assist with performing system refreshes, client copies and upgrading systems, agents, kernels, and technical components, including deploying enhancement packages, support packages and add-ons, SAP OSS notes and security notes. Maintain the ERP system landscape which is composed of technologies that include SAP ECC, BW, CPI, Web Dispatcher Load Balancers, Solution Manager, Linux, HANA, Windows, MSCS HA Clusters, MS SQL Server, and ASE databases. Help support systems and technical infrastructure, including patching, transport administration, printer administration, interface administration, servers and storage, Linux and Python scripting. Help monitor and configure systems using SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM for technical monitoring. Perform application security administration and configure, troubleshoot, and support SAP ITSM. Assist with maintaining performance and optimizing systems, analyzing performance issues, tuning systems, and monitoring workloads and applications. Testing disaster recovery procedures and helping support and implement technical integrations of global 3rd party applications. Confer and liaise with global SAP Business Application teams, IT Infrastructure teams, and Network teams. Integrations & Interfaces: Support the integration points that bind a multi-tier ERP landscape in support of business critical data exchanges: o Deployment of SSL certificates and managing the schedule, sequencing, and testing in alignment with change management processes o Configuring integration points and interfaces in support of business processes, international trade, and tax requirements o Deploying changes to the SAP Cloud Platform and supporting the interface development team SAP Software Logistics: o Deploying enhancement packages to Upgrade systems, technical components, deploying support packages and Add-Ons SAP Basis Activities to Include: maintaining, administering, and supporting the ERP system landscape composed of the following SAP products: o ECC o BW o CPI o SLT o Solution Manager 7.2 § Change and Request Management (ChaRM) § Central User Administration § Technical Alerting and Monitoring o Web Dispatcher o S4 Public Cloud o Analytics Cloud o Marketing Cloud o Cloud Platform o Cloud Application Lifecycle Management o Cloud 4 Customer Landscape and Systems Administration: Maintaining, administering, and supporting the software and hardware infrastructure, including but not limited to: o Working with Linux and Windows servers o Supporting the deployment of operating system patches o Deploying application security patches o Managing and maintaining application access to Administration of virtual private clouds o Administration of Cloud applications o Configure, maintain, and support technical monitoring o Administering databases: § MS Sql Server § SAP HANA § SAP ASE o Managing database backups IT Operations: o Working within the service desk, monitor and resolve incidents and requests for support within defined service level Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: Enterprise Applications: Jira, SAP ECC 6, SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, Central User Administration, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SLT, CPI, ERPMaestro.
