Job Role: As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to uncover actionable insights and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build predictive models, optimize processes, and transform data into valuable business insights.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in data science and a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis.
Job Description:
Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Predictive Modelling: Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve business problems and improve decision-making processes.
Data Pre-processing: Prepare and clean data for analysis, ensuring data quality and reliability.
Feature Engineering: Create and engineer relevant features to enhance model performance.
Model Evaluation: Evaluate and fine-tune models for accuracy, precision, and recall, considering business objectives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and domain experts, to define project objectives and requirements.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and data analytics and apply them to solve real-world problems.
Documentation: Document all aspects of the data science process, including data sources, methodologies, and results.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists in the team.
Presales: Support presales activities by providing technical expertise, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal development.
Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for revenue generation through innovative data-driven solutions, collaborating with sales and business development teams.
