Summary of job role and place in organization

The AI Prompter is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of AI projects within the content domain to meet business needs.

To achieve this, he/she shall be passionate about artificial intelligence, with profound expertise in AI tooling. He/she is a native English speaker capable of testing many different prompts and documenting their qualitative and monetary outcome. The candidate must have knowledge in API integrations and first-hand experience in contributing to the implementation of an API-based project. The candidate must collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities/core tasks

Responsible for providing insights on AI-related projects within the content domain and meet business needs, focusing on efficiency and scalability, including:

Craft and optimize AI prompts to improve model performance and user interaction.

Conduct rigorous AI research to stay ahead of industry trends and apply the latest findings to our projects.

Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI functionalities via APIs.

Document and present research findings and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of AI systems, and actively participate in project release and testing processes to meet expected requirements.

Competences (knowledge, skills, personal abilities, work experience)

Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent hands-on job experience.

• had first-hand experience in automated AI development and implementation.
• had first-hand experience in IT development projects, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
• expertise in using multiple AI tools and platforms.
• experience in designing and optimizing AI prompts for various use cases.
• knowledge of API integration and management.
• ability to conduct independent research and apply its outcomes to real-world applications.
• command of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly.

Working experience

At least 3-5 year-experience in the field

Preferred Qualifications

• with large language models like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer).
• mathematical skills, particularly in areas relevant to AI and machine learning.
• with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
