JOB DESCRIPTION Req ID:     We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor- SCCM/Intune Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCCM Intune Lead Administrator to oversee the design, implementation, and management of endpoint management solutions using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. This role is critical in ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable device management across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: SCCM Administration: Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of SCCM infrastructure.Manage software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, and compliance settings.Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and performance. Intune Administration: Design and implement mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) strategies using Microsoft Intune.Configure policies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.Integrate Intune with Azure AD and other Microsoft 365 services. Endpoint Security & Compliance: Ensure endpoint configurations align with security and compliance standards.Collaborate with security teams to implement endpoint protection and data loss prevention policies. Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.Maintain and update scripts for software deployment and reporting. Monitoring & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, software deployment status, and patch levels.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of endpoint engineers and administrators.Work closely with cross-functional teams including network, security, and helpdesk. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SCCM and Intune administration. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Experience with co-management and hybrid environments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-101, AZ-104) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, and Windows Update for Business. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
