Role & responsibilities

Estimate Preparation:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for plumbing and utility service systems including

piping, fixtures, pumps, and drainage.

  • Develop BOQs and technical proposals for tender submissions.

  • Tendering & Bidding:

  • Review tender documents, plumbing BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate and

competitive proposals.

  • Support bid preparation and ensure timely submissions to clients.

  • Cost Analysis:

  • Evaluate supplier/vendor quotations for plumbing materials and services.

  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.

  • Technical Evaluation:

  • Review plumbing drawings, schematics, and designs to identify risks and

opportunities.

  • Suggest improvements and alternatives for better cost efficiency.

  • Coordination & Support:

  • Collaborate with design teams, procurement, and project managers to align technical

and financial aspects.

  • Maintain CRM data for inquiries and follow up with GC/PMC/End Clients.

  • Documentation:

  • Maintain organized records of cost estimates, vendor quotes, and project budgets.

  • Ensure documentation compliance with company and industry standards.

  • Site Visits:

  • Conduct site inspections (when required) to verify plumbing system requirements and

validate estimates.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, piping networks, and fire-fighting

services.

  • Preference will be given to candidates based in Odisha.

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related estimation tools.

  • Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
