Role Description

This is a contract role for a Site Supervisor located on-site in Molakalmuru. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget. Tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources and materials, ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards, and reporting progress to project managers.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Deploma Civil or B.E. Civil Engineering.
• Site management, construction supervision, and resource management skills
• Knowledge of safety compliance, construction standards, and quality control
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects is a plus
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Molakalmuru
