Someone who is self-motivated with a high sense of accountability and willing to work long hours if work demands. Technical Skills:Conducting worldwide patent prior art searches.Drafting patent specifications in the various disciplines of science/engineering/ technology.Worked on Novelty/ FTO searches, analysis and preparing report; Should have worked on providing opinion to clients. Filing and prosecution of patent applications preferably for all branches including preparing of technical responses, attending hearings.Working on Opposition and Dispute cases.Soft Skills:Excellent Communication SkillsExcellent Research SkillsPre-emptive & Quick LearnerAdaptable ResourcefulDecision Making AbilityHighly Relationship Driven Team Worker
