### Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Python Architect who possesses extensive experience in building GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) applications using LangChain. As a Python Architect at EP Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that leverage the power of natural language processing and generation.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Architectural Design**: Design scalable and efficient architectures for GenAI applications utilizing Python and LangChain.
- **Development**: Lead the development efforts of GenAI applications from conception to deployment, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- **Research**: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, particularly in natural language processing and generation, and integrate relevant technologies into our applications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- **Mentorship**: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies in the AI domain.
- **Documentation**: Create comprehensive documentation for architectures, algorithms, and codebases to facilitate understanding and future enhancements.
### Requirements:
- **Expertise in Python**: Proficiency in Python programming language with a strong understanding of its ecosystem, libraries, and best practices.
- **GenAI Experience**: Extensive experience in developing GenAI applications, preferably using LangChain or similar frameworks.
- **Natural Language Processing (NLP)**: Deep understanding of NLP concepts and algorithms including text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, etc.
- **Machine Learning**: Strong background in machine learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- **Software Architecture**: Proven experience in designing scalable and modular software architectures for complex applications.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. in AI or a related discipline is a plus.
### Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required):
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
