Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced EWM Lead with strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to drive solution design, implementation, and support at our client location. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on configuration knowledge, and leadership ability to guide the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable warehouse solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end processes in Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Operations, and Labor Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EWM with MM, SD, TM, and other SAP modules.
  • Handle enhancements, issue resolution, and system performance optimization.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to junior consultants.
  • Act as a single point of contact for client coordination and project updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant SAP EWM experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in EWM configuration and customization.
  • Experience in RF framework, POSC, LOSC, Handling Unit Management, Wave Management, and Slotting.
  • Good knowledge of Integration with ECC/S4 HANA.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing client interactions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Automation (RF devices, Barcode Scanners, Conveyor Systems, Robotics integration).
  • Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA EWM projects.
