Ensure manufacturing of high quality products to ensure compliance with global standards2. Plan and Lead Quality improvement activities and Initiatives impacting ‘Build Up Quality’-evaluate process and machine capability, effective functioning of CTQ machines.3. Support in building a flexible production system designed to ensure smooth mass production, pre-empt losses, and defect free launch/ramp-up of new models 4. Identify and audit Critical to Quality Stages and Evaluate Process and Machine Capability. A Day in the life You will be closely working with important stakeholders on day-to-day basis, like-maitenance for equipment maintenance; SQA for bought out parts; various audit agencies for timely conduct of audits Academic Qualification & Experience 1. Graduation/Diploma in Engineering 2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, and 2-3 years in an automotive firm Technical Skills/Knowledge 1. Product, process & systems knowledge 2. Quality Planning 3. Problem Solving 4. Audit competence 5. Quality Tools Behavioural Skills 1. Strong interpersonal skills 2. Effective communication skills 3.
