Hi Greetings from PHOTONWe are Recruiting for Enterprise ArchitectLocation : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai Notice Period : Immediate to 20 DaysJob Title: Enterprise Architect Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on digital transformation to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in ERP, CRM, CTI, E-Commerce, CPQ, Customer Data Platforms, and IoT, driving initiatives that enhance our business processes and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Define Business Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to gather and articulate business requirements that align with strategic goals. Map Capabilities to Business Processes: Analyze current business processes and map capabilities, ensuring technology solutions effectively support operational needs. Align Applications with Process Capabilities: Ensure seamless integration of applications with business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct ROI Analysis and Vendor Assessments: Evaluate potential technology investments and conduct ROI analyses to support informed decision-making. Design Solution Architecture: Create and maintain solution architecture frameworks and diagrams that guide technology implementation across the organization. Implement Governance and Architecture Standards: Develop and enforce architecture governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and quality in technology solutions. Rationalize Applications for Optimal Performance: Analyze and optimize the application portfolio to enhance performance and reduce redundancy. Evaluate Solutions and Tools: Assess emerging technologies and tools to determine their fit within the organization's architecture. Design Architecture for Programs/Projects: Collaborate with project teams to design architecture solutions and governance frameworks tailored to specific programs. Make Architecture Decisions: Lead architectural decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy. Enhance CRM Solutions: Drive the evolution of CRM solutions to improve customer experience, focusing on transitioning from field agent dispatch to remote self-healing and self-resolution capabilities. Implement Virtual Agents and Omnichannel Solutions: Develop strategies for integrating virtual agents and omnichannel solutions to improve customer engagement and service delivery.

Key Technologies: Proficient in ERP solutions (e.G., SAP), Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service & Marketing cloud)), and e-commerce systems (e.G., Adobe AEM, CommerceTools). Experienced with integration technologies like Mulesoft and cloud platforms such as Azure. Familiar with data analytics tools like PowerBI, customer engagement platforms (e.G., CleverTap), and search solutions (e.G., Lucidworks). Knowledgeable in payment gateways and Order Management Systems (OMS). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

Master’s degree preferred. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Azure Certification. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role focusing on digital transformation initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business requirements and design effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Additional Responsibilities: Lead the research, definition, and design of customer-facing applications in the CRM, Websites & Commerce technologies. Work closely with internal and external users to architect customer-facing applications for projected growth while maintaining stability, security, and usability. Demonstrate excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, organizational, and project management skills. Drive process re-design and improvements and provide direction to others for the implementation of those improvements. Support the Company's core competencies of building trust, driving continuous improvement, focusing on the end customer, and setting high standards of performance. Act as a functional & technical advisor of the design, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems and/or programs to increase business effectiveness, solve problems, and create new opportunities to assist in the achievement of business goals. Prepare architecture materials and present them to upper management. Develop and monitor architecture policies, procedures, and standards documents. Collaborate directly with all management levels and project leaders to determine system objectives and solutions.
