Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor, located in Nagpur. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring employees, scheduling shifts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The Supervisor will also handle any escalated customer issues and collaborate with other departments to optimize store performance. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in training and mentoring staff Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of retail operations and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
