We are currently seeking a talented and driven Accounting and Compliance Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and reconciliation of accounts.Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and audit documentation.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Assist in the preparation of management reports, budgeting, and forecasting.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, for timely submissions.Assist in preparation and filing of various direct and indirect tax returnsContribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within the accounting department.Experience and Skills Required:Qualification: Inter CA or equivalent with completed ArticleshipExperience: Minimum of 1–2 years post-Articleship experience in tax, accounting, auditing, or financial reporting (optional but preferred).Skills:Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or any ERP system).Strong knowledge of Indian accounting fundamentals and working knowledge of taxes.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Personal Attributes:A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Additional Information:Job Type: Full-time, OnsiteWorking Hours: 11am to 8pm, Mon-FriSalary: Competitive, based on experienceLocation: AhmedabadContact: or How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their updated resume along with a cover letter to Please mention "Accounting and Tax Associate Application" in the subject line.
